- Submit general registration form online - Click here for Online form
- Submit Team Roster Forms via email - Click here for Roster Registration Form
- Submit Team Photo & School Logo (jpg format) via email to [email protected]
- Bring a copy of your official BCSS Roster (From STARS) to registration on Nov 30th for verification
- Pre-order team PIZZA (optional) during Heat Match Nov 30th ($12/large-cheese/pepperoni/hawaiian/veggie). Please email total number and type to [email protected]. Please bring cash/cheque to registration for the pizza (optional to purchase).
- Book team hotel rooms at the Sandman Hotel & Suites - Click here for hotel info Group block deadline: Nov 28th!
- Please have the team organizer contact Meg McManus directly to set up their team`s individual group block. This can be done either via telephone at 250-980-3151 or via email at [email protected]. Parent block #: 503642
- Entry fee - $400/team (NEW PROCESS: Your school will be invoiced directly based on your online registration).
- Performance Bond - $300/team (NEW PROCESS: Your team will be invoiced after completion of Closing Ceremonies if your team does not meet all obligations).
- We encourage teams from farther out of town to stay over the Saturday night to avoid driving late for safety reasons etc - we expect Closing ceremonies to be completed around 8pm approx to note? TBA.
- Banquet - $25/person attending - please indicate # on the online form (and if any vegetarian/alternate meals required)
- Banquet payment - NEW PROCESS: Your school will be invoiced based on # tickets requested for the banquet.
- Please note due to space restrictions, we need to limit each team to x15 banquet tickets initially. Once registration is completed, and if we have extra seats left that are available, then we will be able to hopefully accommodate extra ticket requests. Thank you for understanding!
- Bring a nice DOOR PRIZE for the banquet - $25 value (please bring to registration check-in)
- Bring a personalized TEAM POSTER to display in the gym (personalize it - standard 2'x3' size, make it fun!)
- Order team PICTURES (optional), through Vision Quest - Deadline is NOV 28th for special pricing. They also will be onsite .
- Order Provincials APPAREL on our eStore - All orders are completed/paid online. Deadline is NOV 25th. Orders will be available for pickup from the Sixpack Booth at OKM in the lobby. www.sixpacksports.net

- Mandatory Team Photos: Wed Nov 30th - your time and practice will be assigned by the Registrar
- Opening Ceremonies: Wed Nov 30th @ 6pm at OKM in the Gold Gym - marshaling will start 30 mins prior to note.
- UBCO Heat exhibition match Wed Nov 30th @ 7pm approx following the Opening Ceremonies @ OKM (pick up your Pizza!)
- Coach’s Meeting: Wed Nov 30th @ OKM Library @ 7pm approx
- Banquet: Thurs Dec 1st @ 7pm – Sandman Hotel ("Hawaiian" Beach Theme) - Photobooth & entertainment provided!
- Coach's AGM: Fri Dec 2nd @ Sandman Hotel @ 7:30pm approx - FREE food for attendees during AGM!
- Coach's Social to follow the AGM at Bar One, located in the Sandman Hotel. You will receive a FREE beverage ticket!
- Closing Ceremonies & Awards: Sat evening Dec 3rd @ OKM following the final Gold medal feature match.
